A: Our service areas are Emeryville, Berkeley, Piedmont, and most parts of Oakland. Please contact us to see if we serve the area you live in.
A: All dogs must have Rabies, Distemper Combination Vaccination, and Leptospirosis. We recommended Bordetella, but this vaccination is not required. All dogs must be social and not have a history of being aggressive toward other dogs or humans. All dogs must be spayed or neutered by six months for on leash group hikes or off leash private walks. All dog also must have an ID tag with the owner's phone number.
A: We will try to keep your dog as clean as possible. We walk in all sorts of weather, so if it is raining, or your dog likes water, there is a good chance your dog will get wet or dirty. Most of the places we go are dirt trails, and places with water. We will be glad to towel off your dog with a towel after a walk or hike. If you are worried about your house getting dirty, then we will be glad to confine your dog to an area of your choice upon returning them to your house.
A: Although we do a rigorous job screening dogs to make sure there is no history of aggression toward other dogs or people, dogs can be unpredictable and accidents do occur. As stated in the Client Liability Agreement, payment for treatment of any injury will be your responsibility.
A: We are unable to offer boarding right now. We recommend Every Dog Has Its Daycare. Their phone number is 510-655-7832. They are located in Oakland.
